About the Opportunity
What will you be accountable for?
Our HR team are at the heart of the business, they are leading the development of a high-performance culture and making Studio Retail Limited a great place to work. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a business whose going through significant transformation.
As a HR Assistant you will be:
Effectively managing and maintaining relevant HR systems, ensuring colleague records are accurate and up to date in line with operational targets
Preparing accurate and legislatively compliant colleague documentation
Supporting the induction and onboarding of new starters, ensuring that they feel welcomed and valued as a Studio colleague
Being the first point of contact for colleagues with HR queries, responding in line with policies and procedures, delivering an excellent internal customer service
Providing effective and efficient general administration support to HR colleagues
Risk Management
Who are we looking for?
IT - Working knowledge of MS Suite & Outlook
Appropriate qualifications/experience of volume administration
Ability to adhere to compliance, confidentiality, data protection and security standards and expectations
Excellent attention to detail
Has experience of managing volume workload whilst maintaining quality
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
Ability to work within a team and on own initiative to prioritise workload
Experience of working to deadlines and changing priorities at pace
Ideally experience of working within a busy HR department
