About the Opportunity

What will you be accountable for?
Overseeing and organising workflows, ensuring that purchase ledger processes are adhered to
Work with the Senior Query Resolution Clerk resolving issues within the SLA's and putting fixes in place to avoid re occurrence of issues
Processing stock, direct dispatch, providing guidance, escalation point and invoice query support to Purchase Ledger clerks
Monitoring, raising, and processing debit notes and returns to manufacturers
Who are we looking for?
Working knowledge of Finance practices and/or Accounts Payable
Excellent communication skills, able to interact with those of all levels
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a wider team
Excel skill to produce weekly reports, pivot, and macro skills
Knowledge of dealing with RTMs
Confident and resilient
Able to organise own workload and to reprioritise at short notice to meet deadlines
High customer focused
Able to investigate issues thoroughly to get to the root of problems
Strong query resolution skills
Ability to deliver a range of tasks, simultaneously
High attention to detail
Report writing skills
Ability to work within structured policies and processes
Methodical and organised
IT literate
