This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to transition to an Account Handler to join our Wimbledon HQ. This role will play a key role in supporting and maximizing accounts within our Client Management team. This role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, high level of organisation and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

In return this role would offer great support, exposure and career progression within the team. Our Account Handlers are a key contact for our clients, driving business plans and targets. Working closely with the Account Manager, you will drive the development of accounts by responding to daily queries, analysing data and supporting strategic project work.

The Role:
  • Launch new products, manage marketing campaigns and drive client activities
  • Analyse daily and monthly performance stats, highlights deficits and providing action plans to enhance performance
  • Account handling responsibility for your specific client accounts - manage daily queries regarding business plans and driving new strategic projects
  • Attend client meetings - give operational guidance and present business performance
  • Analyse campaign figures and report monthly on new business & renewals against budget
  • Resolve escalated issues impacting D&Gs customers and clients
  • Support the Account Manager with tasks and projects
  • Liaise with Directors and senior management in relation to accounts and warranties

The Ideal Person:
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Problem solver and someone who can use their initiative
  • Ability to prioritise workload, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (preferred)
  • Previous experience within account management/ client development/ customer service (preferred)
  • Degree educated with experience working within a commercial environment (preferred)
