A great opportunity has arisen for a candidate looking to develop and grow their career client-side with a privately-owned asset management and property investment company based in Birmingham.

They specialise in adding value to investment opportunities, utilising market intel and hands-on asset management to drive capital and rental growth.

The portfolio is spread across a number of different sectors and asset classes, with a particular focus on Industrial and with some offices and retail, mainly in the Midlands and surrounding regions.

You will have an opportunity to carve out and lead an in-house property and asset management function.

This will mean running the day to day property management and service charge services for the firm as well as the more exciting stuff such as running some projects and refurbishments to enhance the value of the assets.

My client is looking for a RICS Chartered Surveyor with property management experience (at least 5 years plus experience). If you are currently employed at a private practice as a Management Surveyor at Associate Director level, or above we would like to hear from you.
