We are currently partnered with a global commodity firm looking to onboard a Development Manager into their software development function. With the aim of advancing their current trade and ETRM systems, the firm are looking to expend their current product portfolio and develop new business lines. Through leveraging a deep expertise in complex development environments to deliver innovative and bespoke solutions, cutting edge-technologies and systems will enable continuous development of the technology and platforms.

The Role:
The role requires a Development Manager who can take control of the existing software estate while being a major asset in the development and integration of future technologies. Through leading a team to create an industry leading standard of software applications for their Front Office function, the role will include play in both managerial and technical capacities. Working to create bespoke software for the trading desk and facing off to business users, you will be working within a close-knit team to maintain performance and delivery of teams' objectives.
Role responsibilities:
- Working closely with the core leadership team on implementation of technology and modern platforms.
- Managing the development team and guiding to objectives.
- Developing bespoke software and technologies associated with ETRM systems
- Work closely with core leadership teams in the future road mapping of technologies.
Role requirements:
- Proficient with the .NET Framework and .NET Core (3.1+)
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Azure experience
