Job Description

Job Summary:

In this position you will play a key role in enabling D&G to achieve its campaigning contact strategy, through the successful execution / delivery of a wide variety of direct marketing campaigns across direct mail, telephony, email and SMS channels.

Core to your role is ensuring campaigns are translated from the campaign brief, built, and signed off to the highest degree of accuracy, to deadlines, using the tools provided. You will be required to contribute to the maintenance of campaigns, making changes to improve performance of campaigns, and documenting all changes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan and build various CRM campaigns in the campaign management tool accurately
  • Peer signs off campaigns / changes to campaigns
  • Ensure administration logs are kept up to date for audit purposes
  • Document all processes and changes in Excel / Access
  • File and manage campaign execution briefs (CEBS) and escalate or feedback any issues to the requestor.
  • Contribute to the audit for the campaign team monthly - ensuring campaigns are reviewed end to end and any oddities are raised to CDM.
  • Participate and communicate effectively in team meetings
  • Ensure data integrity through following internal QA processes, identifying issues and escalating through correct channels
  • Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that they are kept up to date with any issues affecting the timing of and accurate campaign builds
  • Identify and escalate opportunities for improvements in marketing and operational performance
  • Identify and recommend any improvements in the build processes on an adhoc basis
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Systems Knowledge:

Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Access desirable)

Prior experience of a CRM tool (desirable)

Personal development:

Skills:
  • Strong Administration skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills - ability to communicate with all levels of management
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build lasting working relationships
  • Ability to work independently; with a 'can-do' proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail is a MUST to ensure customer data is treated correctly.

Desirable:
  • MS Access
  • SQL
  • Campaign selection tools

Experience:

1-2 years admin experience

Qualifications:

A-level or equivalent
