Innovation Marketing Manager

Slough based contract (dynamic working model - office/home based)

As our Innovation Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role within our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Innovation Controller, you will lead the development of the KP Snacks innovation pipeline. This is a highly proactive role for an individual who can develop creative ideas from consumer insights, drive projects cross functionally and deliver sustainable and profitable growth via innovation.

Key skills and experience:

Brand marketing experience within food and drink FMCG

Experience of the product launch process (including stage gate knowledge)

Project management

Stakeholder engagement

Demonstrable influencing skills
