Chef- Permanent
Up to £26,372 depending on skills and experience
Sociable hours- open through the day with a few evenings
Annual performance bonus up to 8% of base salary

This is an exciting time to join our catering team! We are in the process of developing our catering structure across our Parks portfolio and are underway with a programme of acquiring additional catering facilities. You will be a key part of our fast-growing parks team offering new and exciting commercial services to over 2.5 million visitors that visit the Parks each year. Using your previous experience and creativity, you'll be a part of shaping our future, helping us to develop our service and seize new opportunities.
We are looking for a Chef who understands the importance of service and quality and what it takes to run an efficient kitchen. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our many visitors, making their day enjoyable by assisting them with knowledge of our products, promotion of our services and ensuring a clean and safe environment. With your previous experience in food preparation and service; you will be preparing daily menu choices, organising and producing specials and catering for events.
You will be responsible for supporting the Operational Catering Manager and Area Manager in menu planning and responding to customer/seasonal demand. You will also have an excellent understanding of food hygiene standards (qualified to CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene in Catering) and be responsible for assisting with procurement and stock control.
