About the Role
Four Winds is a pleasant bungalow in Brightlingsea, Essex supporting five people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in a residential setting. The team have a positive, caring attitude and are dedicated to supporting individual's complex needs and providing tailored, person-centred support.
Some individuals require support with personal care and have profound needs.The focus at Four Winds is very much on supporting greater independence and helping individuals live their life in the way they wish to, enjoying activities of their choice.
You'll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
