The Customer Support Centre (CSC) are an integral part to Copart s Customer Excellence Centre and play a major role in driving forward our Operational Excellence by identifying, promoting and delivering continuous improvement.
Our services include vehicle collection instructions and handling personal data, processing keys and documents, finance and private plate management. Finally, we have a Vehicle Offences team primarily responsible for appealing fines/penalties received for vehicles that have been through the auction. Alongside processing all of this information we take on average 3,000 calls a week.
You will be responsible for all data entry and administrative work, maintaining and updating the online systems, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and build rapport with key stakeholders and customers, to name just a few.
