This role is an exciting opportunity to join us and work within our Social Media Team

What you'll do:
  • Leading social media campaigns that encompass our range of innovative TV products, both current and future - with a particular focus on getting people passionate about key product benefits, and driving advocacy with online communities.
  • Working alongside the Head of Social and Social Mead Lead to prioritise briefs and allocate resource ruthlessly. Able to lead large multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix organisation to bring creative campaigns to life.
  • Alongside the Social Media Lead and Head of Social, delivering always-on content for Sky, inputting into our always-on approach which is executed in-house and at agencies.
  • Working with agency partners on custom creative executions for Sky product focused campaigns.
  • Working with Mediacom and our internal performance team to challenge our paid plans and performance and iterate based on performance.
  • Work closely with all of our social media platforms to continuously push for new & exciting ways to disrupt the social media landscape when landing both always-on and specific campaign executions.
  • Creating a circular learning environment for the Social Media Team, where individual campaign findings are shared and always factored into future campaigns, and KPIs and success metrics are developed and changed as the business goals develop.
  • Shared responsibility for delivering consistency in our editorial output (tone of voice and look and feel) across all social activity, in order to better articulate the Sky personality on our social feeds.
  • Giving strategic input into integrated marketing plans, giving insight on how best to use social to achieve business objectives.
What you'll bring:
  • Extensive background within digital social media marketing.
  • Outstanding communication skills and having the ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with and leading agencies
  • Management experience in the UK required, with EU experience desired but not mandatory
  • Experience developing and delivering always-on content as well as excellent social campaigns
  • Ability to form positive relationships with multiple internal and external partners
  • Someone with project management experience, that is happy leading large projects spanning multiple agencies and workstreams
  • Experience driving social media strategy, and interrogating media plans

Your office base: Osterley:
