As part of your role as a Management Accountant you will utilise your technical expertise with the
preparation of accounts and provide advisory services to some of our more complex clients. As well
as providing support to your clients from an accounting perspective, you will also become a vital part
of the wider management team. Your responsibilities will include; reviewing bookkeeping + VAT,
appraisals as well as directly guiding more junior team members to provide both technical and day to
day guidance to support their journey with Azets.
Your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team to provide soft skills
development such as more effective client management and also steps towards staff management.
Mentorship and coaching will continue to support you as your journey continues beyond formal
qualifications.
