As the first hire in our Quant & Data Science team, you will be in charge of building many tools, solutions and processes. Your role will require to work with our developers and data engineers with significant embedding time with our Stats development team. Your responsibilities will first cover all aspects of algos scripting for our analytical services including portfolios performance, statistics, risk and any others computations. You will be required to spec algorithms and deliver them to developers as well as developing data testing, documentation and data lineage.
You will also participate in the product design of features that involve any quantitative or data science requirements such as liquidity modules, risk modules, performance analysis and other regulatory, compliance, client or bespoke requirements. You will assist Professional Services team on complex client requirements.
You and the growing team will provide algos and research to developers on various critical topics including validation modules, exception reports along with machine learning/AI for data capture from structured or unstructured datasets. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert on "All Things Quant" and work alongside marketing team to write white papers or ebooks.
