A well known London based private healthcare organisation is looking for an interim Human Resources Advisor to join them for an initial 12 month basis, hybrid working.
The purpose of this role is to provide professional HR advice, support, and expertise in order to contribute to the achievement of the organisation s workforce objectives.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Professionally and promptly deal with all employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievances, flexible working requests, TUPE, redundancy situations and other employee issues as they arise.
- Undertake analysis and interpret trends of workforce information to support monthly performance review processes.
- Propose and support initiatives to ensure the teams meet and improve targets for key workforce performance indicators.
- Promoting and advising on best practice, ensuring compliance with all employment policies, including, employment legislation, employment contracts, data protection, health and safety policies and remuneration packages.
- Assisting in the continued professional development of the HR Administration team.
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Degree or Equivalent.
- CIPD Graduate Status.
- Significant generalist HR experience.
- Sound understanding of employment law.
- Experience within in healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible, highly motivated, effective team player; methodical, ability to understand and meet targets and deadlines.
