The Job

The purpose of the role is to support with warehousing, order management, fulfilment and packing activities in support of all retail functions of The Warner Bros. Studio Tour, London. Based on performance, the contract is subject to be extended.

Working pattern
  • Off peak shifts 07.00 - 16.00, additional flexibility required for peak season
  • 2 in every 3 weekends off
  • No night work required.

The Daily
  • Pick and pack deliveries for our retail operation, ensuring correct stock is selected and sent out using digital hand-held scanners
  • Partner with retail team, as well as warehouse teams during stock counts
  • Transport stock to and from warehouse, and retail operations.
  • Receive, check and accept deliveries.
  • Maintain relevant paperwork, storage records and standards for accurate accounting of incoming deliveries.
  • Maintain the warehouse/packing areas to organized standards and carry out any reasonable tasks at the request of the Warehouse Management Team.

The Essentials
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Full UK clean driving license.
  • Commercial acumen, eg. understanding of peak seasons
  • Able to prioritise work and use own initiative.

Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter is the only place in the world to showcase the authentic sets, props and behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter films at the location where they were made. It has attracted over 14 million visitors since opening in 2012, features retail stores with merchandise celebrating the Harry Potter film series and has received over 40,000 reviews on TripAdvisor with 96% rating the experience as 'excellent' or 'very good'.

Since launching, additions to the Tour include Platform 9 featuring the original Hogwarts Express, the Forbidden Forest and Gringotts Wizarding Bank. In December 2018, WBSL acquired the Platform 9 group which sells Wizarding World merchandise, souvenirs, and collectibles.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is part of the Warner Bros. Worldwide Tours and Retail Group which includes the new flagship store, Harry Potter New York, Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood and Harry Potter on Location London. Harry Potter On Location London encompasses the Platform 9 shops at Kings Cross station and Heathrow Airport and the Harry Potter Photographic Exhibition. The Photographic Exhibition can be found in the heart of Covent Garden and as is the only place visitors can enjoy a drink in London's only bottled Butterbeer bar.
