Job Description

Head of Marketing to join an independent ethical fashion brand in London.

In addition to managing a growing team, your main responsibilities and duties will be:

  • Work with the Creative Director to develop and execute strategies to push growth and support the development of the brand.
  • Ideate, manage and execute full ground-breaking campaigns across our owned, paid and earned channels.
  • Actively lead the management of all social channels, specifically Instagram and TikTok.
  • Identifying new and emerging channel opportunities to grow the brand in key markets.
  • Direct team on copywriting for all accounts and campaigns whilst continuing to uphold and develop our tone of voice.
  • Ensure social content is tailored per platform and distributed effectively to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Analyse and translate performance, market trends, data, consumer needs and the competitive landscape into actionable insights that increase performance across our key channels.
  • Build and maintain an understanding of industry trends.
  • Lead effective influencer, PR campaigns and activations, working closely with partners where necessary.
  • Manage, develop and inspire your direct team and work collaboratively across our other teams, sharing knowledge, tools, best practices.

  • Proven track record of excellent team leadership
  • Excellent project management skills, demonstrating experience of successful strategic planning, analytical decision making and delivering projects on time and in full
  • A strong understanding of key digital channels (primarily e-commerce, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest)
  • Depth of experience managing multiple campaigns across the owned, paid and earned channels
  • Strong strategic voice and analytical skills to ensure creative, formats and plans are optimized for platforms to push scale and engagement
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a record of delivering successful projects in a timely manner
  • Experience developing and implementing effective processes and ways of working
