About The Role
Do you have a background in Finance or Administration? If so, you ll fit right in.
Our busy Income and Expenditure team get involved in a lot of finance and business processes across the company and the Finance Assistant role is fundamental to our success. Yes, you will be processing payments to our suppliers and recording the monies coming into LiveWest, but that s not all. You will communicate and collaborate with customers, suppliers and people in our business plus, through supporting our finance processes, you will innovate and look for ways to improve all the time. You will also use new, improving finance systems and be essential in keeping those systems accurate and up to date.
We are looking for someone who wants to work in a great team, ready to support anyone and get stuck in. You ll have experience of computer systems such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook. You will also know how important it is to prioritise and make sure you get things right with attention to detail. Understanding how great customer service makes a difference to everyone involved is key for this role, just as key as being able to input, check and query data. Finance experience could be an advantage but it s not essential because strong administration skills are transferable for this Finance Assistant role.
This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis and a flexible hybrid working style is an option.

About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Finance Assistant, you will have:
Experience of working within a Finance Team. (D)
Competent MS Office user particularly MS Excel.
Strong administration skills.
Good data analysis and input skills.
Ability to determine priorities with a good attention to detail.
