This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Key Responsibilities Collaborate with developers and business users to design, develop, and execute test scripts aligned with business requirements. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing across Microsoft 365 applications and services. Identify, log, and manage defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Test integrations between M365, D365, and existing business systems to ensure seamless functionality. Utilise testing tools such as Azure DevOps to manage test cycles and support collaborative working. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Microsoft 365 developments, tools, and best practices. Essential Skills & Experience Substantial experience testing Microsoft 365 applications, including: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Dynamics, and CoPilot. Strong understanding of the technical architecture of M365, including integration, customisation, and troubleshooting. Proven experience in functional, regression, and performance testing.
