This full-time role offers a basic salary range of £23,000 - £25,000 & OTE £45,000 - £60,000 and benefits. Coordinate and carry out regular property inspections. Undertake check-ins as required and manage the deposit process, negotiating any charges against deposits. Compliance: Knowledge of all relevant regulations to ensure compliance is followed at all times. Coordinate all renewal contracts for residential properties. Ad-hoc duties as and when required to support the Lettings and Property Management team Based in Hartfield, East Sussex full time from Monday to Friday.
