Job Title: Plant Maintenance Manager
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £50,000 Basic, Company Car/Car Allowance, Phone, Laptop, Bonus, Company Pension Scheme (7%), 25 Days Holiday Plus 8 Bank Holidays, Sick Pay, Accident Cover, Death in Service.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Maintenance Manager with strong organisation and leadership skills to come onboard and join a highly reputable, leading supplier of aggregates to the construction sector.
This independent, family-owned business pride themselves on their long-standing relationships and respected reputation. Within the Plant Maintenance Manager role, you will take ownership and management of the maintenance budget as well as overseeing a team of service engineers. Youll be highly valued in this role and have the opportunity to become an integral part of the team.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Manage and lead a team of plant engineers
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Health and Safety performance
Developing risk assessments
Ownership and management of the maintenance budget
Undertake annual reviews of all plant and equipment in line with the companys strategic
Coordinating with the Senior Management team
Requirements of Role:
ONC, HNC, HND or similar qualification in the engineering industry.
Experienced in managing a team of service engineers
Experience in maintaining heavy plant machinery or aggregate processing plant
Strong IT and analytical skills
UK Driving Licence
