Graduate Sales Executive

The Company:

• Always looking to invest in people and progress individuals through the business and Graduate Sales Executives are expected to progress quickly through the business with promotions being realised in 12 to 24 months.
• This role is open due to phenomenal growth here in the UK.

The Role:

• As a Graduate Sales Executive you will manage and develop your own sales territory.
• Your focus will be on managing and developing business from an established network of major retailers.
• Promoting a range of consumer hand tools, power tools or accessories directly to the end users but also working closely with in-store sales teams on training, promotions and merchandising.
• Home based role, managing your own diary with occasional nights away.
• Competitive Basic Salary + 10% Performance related Bonus paid quarterly, Company Vehicle Provided (With Fuel card), Pension/Health care/Life Assurance/Staff Purchase 25 Days Holiday

The Ideal Person:

• Ambitious Graduates with at least a 2:2 that wants a career in sales.
• Confident, articulate and able to strike up rapport / conversations and ask open questions.
• Looking to join a business with genuine long term career prospects and real opportunities for promotion - there is a career path right through to National or Regional Sales Manager with this client.
• Proactive, can do attitude.
• Willingness to learn.
