Market Operations Supervising Associate - UK&I - SaT - Permanent - UK Wide

The Opportunity:

Providing sales and operational support to the Strategy & Transactions (SaT) business, reporting to the SaT Markets Operations Leader, and supporting on wider Markets and Operational projects; this role provides a growth opportunity for a talented Associate who wishes to expand their horizons via gaining an understanding of SaT sub-service lines and go-to-market strategies and being part of driving the SaT Ambition

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide key analysis and inputs into monthly SaT reporting and Leadership team deliverables (for example, preparation of Monthly Business Review slides);
• Provide analysis and insights into sales, pipeline, TER and Account Margin trends by our Go-to-market routes (e.g. Sub-service line, Field of Play, Connected Capital Solution), including preparation of data, presenting findings in visual/graphical formats in excel & Powerpoint, identifying trends and potential areas to explore further and preparing analysis (including graphs/tables) to support insights.
• Support in the management of overall accuracy of SaT sales, pipeline and opportunity funnel, including liaising with SaT Segment Operations Managers and the wider SaT business;
• Key role in the delivery and supporting project management of SaT markets projects (e.g. Global Revenue Planning, Market Leadership Planning, ASQs, MergerMarket);
• Support development and execution of SaT Markets Strategy (Accounts, Connected Capital Solutions, Fields of Play) through reporting insights;
• Preparation of ad hoc analysis and support in the development of Management Information to meet evolving business needs;
• Ad hoc request (expected to arise regularly)

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable dealing with Stakeholders at a more senior level
• Self-starter who takes initiative
• Problem solving mindset; enjoys working through challenges
• Ability to prioritise a number of conflicting demands to meet deadlines
• Experience in developing Management Information, analysing data and identifying trends/areas to investigate further and presenting in impactful & useful format for readers.
• Excellent excel and powerpoint skills; whilst not a pre-requisite experience of Power BI would be useful
• Analytical, eye for detail.

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Professional Services experience, either through an audit or due diligence background.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable dealing with Stakeholders at a more senior level
• Be a self-starter who takes initiative
• Have a problem solving mindset; enjoys working through challenges
• Have the ability to prioritise a number of conflicting demands to meet deadlines
