Senior - Commercial Management Office UK Tax
We've got an exciting opportunity to join our CMO team, you will be working with a high performing team who have been advising on many high-profile deals over the past few years.
The opportunity
The CMO Senior will be working across our high-profile TFOs (Tax and Finance Operations) and supporting contract management from a commercial, financial and engagement perspective. TFOs are a strategic priority for EY Tax and UKI Tax has won major global contracts within Telecommunications and Pharmaceuticals to name just a few. The Senior will work closely with the CMO management team to deliver the deal finances and contractual requirements for the deal. You should be commercially minded and have a solid code management experience. It is a challenging but very rewarding role, and it is important that you have a desire to learn and grow.
The Senior will also provide insights into the impact and profitability of the UK TFO portfolio to the UK Tax GCR Leader. With the TFO portfolio growing it is essential that the Leadership has a visibility and understands the challenges and risks.

Your key responsibilities
- Apply billing process on selected TFOs
- Contribute to budgeting
- Manage the TFO codes
- Assist with Management Information for both, GCR Leader and TFO leadership
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of all available reporting solutions and ability to apply them across different TFOs
- Assist with any other contractual commitments when required (e.g., fee allocation or margin improvement)
- Produce any ad hock reporting and analysis of financials
- Support other CMO team members when necessary.

- Able to build relationships across all ranks
- Self-starter with a-can do attitude
- Able to make recommendations, implement best practise and processes to optimise the deal's financial performance.
- Flexible to meet changing needs.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Strong Mercury skills
- Strong excel skills
- Good understanding of financial and commercial drivers and interdependencies.
