Tradewind Recruitment are seeking two Youth Support Workers to join a Kirkby-based, Children's Designated Special Provision. This role will focus on creating a stable and comfortable environment for children to grow and develop.
The successful candidates will work with children that are no longer educated within a mainstream classroom, therefore requiring individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these children and make a positive impact on their lives.
In this role you will work as part of a team to support the young people throughout the day with tasks such as: education, social activities and peer to peer mentoring.
