Legal Secretary - Conveyancing
Overview:
TSR Legal have an exciting opportunity with an expanding law firm based in Gravesend. Our client are a medium sized firm who are dedicated to providing quality care to both colleagues and clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our clients busy residential property team.
Basic Purpose and Scope:
Our client are interested in seeing Legal Secretaries who are interested and passionate about pursuing their career in law. As a legal secretary you will play a vital role in supporting fee earners within the Gravesend office. Key duties include but are not limited to:
Audio and copy typing
Document preparation and correspondence
Marketing Activities
Diary Management
Registering and scheduling title deeds
Billing and handling comprehensive travel arrangements
Client management
Candidate Profile:
The right candidate will be driven and self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure. They will be able to engage with the wider team and build rapport with clients and other employers.

Experience working as a Legal Secretary/PA
Residential or commercial property experience
Commitment and the desire to continue professional development
Flexibility
A key attention to detail
IT literate
Ability to learn new skills (IT, internal processes and procedures)
