Home Claims Negotiator
Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
Do you have experience within an insurance environment, ideally within claims? Do you have proven investigation and decision-making skills? Does the opportunity to work from home or have the best of both with a balance of both office and homeworking sound ideal?
We are looking for people with great empathy and problem-solving skills to join the team at Tesco Bank. You will proactively manage and settle a portfolio of home insurance claims. This involves developing and maintaining a range of internal and external relationships with colleagues, customers, lenders, legal and conveyancing firms. Your literacy skills will prove essential whilst corresponding via letter, text and email.
