We are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join our Services Finance Team at McCarthy Stone head office in Bournemouth.
The Role:
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for preparing accounts and budgets for a portfolio of Developments, business partnering Area Managers and Regional Operations Managers and either overseeing a functional area of the Services business (e.g. Catering, Facilities Management, Utilities, Payroll) or co[1]ordinating the Development Accounts Team Budget / Accounts reporting system processes, ensuring they are maintained and operate in accordance with agreed timelines).
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work independently within a highly professional and supportive team, developing positive customer relationships with both managers and stakeholders. It is important to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a close attention to detail.
Ideally, they will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part qualified, or a QBE applicant with relevant experience of active business partnering / stakeholder management and preparation of accounts / budget. In addition, having experience of dealing with large volume of year end accounts and budgets in a calm and organised manner is important.
