I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Legal 500 client based in Bristol who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join the expanding Employment department.

You will be employed to provide support to the Employment department by providing both legal support to clients and fee earners in respect of both non-contentious and contentious employment legal advice.

The ideal candidate for this position will have an in depth understanding of employment law and this must be from experience of at least 3 years in a similar position. You should have experience of working within a busy department, involved in large amounts of information and have the ability to pay great attention to detail. You must also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

This firm can also offer serious progression opportunities as you will be working closely with the Managing Partner.
