Recycling Operative

A new opportunities have become available for Sort Line Operatives to work with our client, who is a Waste Management specialist, based in Plymouth. _*Immediate start.*_

*This is an ongoing assignment.*

*Hours: *Mon to Thurs 7am - 6pm, Fri 7am - 2pm EARLY FINISH!

_*Part time work is also available for those that require it - this is Tuesday and Thursday work ONLY.*_

*Rate: *£9.19 per hour, paid weekly.

As a Sort Line Operative, you will be responsible for picking various materials from a moving conveyor belt and for a variety of other duties throughout the facility when instructed by your Team Leader/Supervisor.

*Main Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to): ***

- Picking at defined rates aluminium, plastics and newspapers only (NO black bin work) from a moving conveyor

- Ensuring quality and recovery rates are maximised

- Housekeeping of the operator cabins and the facility in general

- Ability to stand and work for long periods of time

- Ability to follow H&S regulations

- Ability to work as a part of team
