CRM TEAM LEADER

Job Role:
The CRM Team Leader is a key member of the sales operation and the role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the sales team and support with the lead generation and sales for the business. Working alongside the Field Sales Manager and team to execute the sales strategy required to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Job Tasks:
CRM (SalesForce) Management
- Act as CRM Champion and take ownership of CRM implementation and use within the business. Work with senior management to set expectations, ensure buy in, establish and maintain best practices.
- Provide accurate forecasting on weekly and month basis
- Report activities and plans regularly to Management Team
- Create, implement and improve sales processes, from lead generation to account management
- Record all customer information and details of any contact in the CRM database (Salesforce)
- Own all KPIs and main metrics for the sales team
- Update and create action plans based on reports and different dashboards
- Managing the internal sales operations support team.
- Onboarding training of newly hired staff on the CRM sales process
- Encourage open communication between team members, suggesting and driving forward ideas about how the team can work more effectively together
- Improve and audit CRM usage
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Liaise with administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Assist with implementation of new systems as needed to support evolving processes and critically evaluate our use of systems with a view to improving global efficiency
Internal Sales Management
- Manage the team that receive and record inbound sales calls and website enquiries
- Manage database to generate prospects to meet or exceed sales targets
- Work alongside marketing on the direct campaigns
- Contact potential or existing customers to follow up or inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
Tender Submission
- Working alongside our Projects Manager and Distribution to manage and update tender portals
- In conjunction with Project Manager create and manage tender toolbox (company profile, accreditations, insurances etc.)
- Coordinate tender process, set deadlines and responsibilities
- Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
Candidate requirements:
- Knowledge of CRM tools, ideally SalesForce
- Knowledge on how to generate leads, increase sales and test new lead sources
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Inside Sales, warm/cold calling strategies
- Familiarity with sales and how to structure and work with sales funnel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask
- High level of accuracy in checking & processing information
- Ability to form good relationships with colleagues
- Resilient, Flexible and Proactive when it comes to projects
- Creativity and the ability to come up with out-of-the-box solutions
- Able to work on own initiative, make effective decisions and also work as part of a team
