• An established and ambitious independent Estate Agency are looking for a multi skilled Estate Agent with strong selling, listing and closing skills, to join their team at a very busy Estate Agency office, to assist with expanding the operation.

Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Sales & Lettings Valuer - Scope of Role:

• You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Property Valuations and Listings for both Sales & Lettings in your area.
• You should have a successful track record in property and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
• You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Sales & Lettings Valuer- Key objectives:

• Pro-actively prospecting for Sales & Lettings valuations and converting them into instructions and For Sale / To Let boards.
• Identifying viable business opportunities and networking to maximise brand exposure.
• Maximising agreed fees and boards.
• Selling and Letting new properties.

Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Sales & Lettings Valuer- Experience:

• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential for this role as well as experience valuing properties and gaining instructions, preferably in both Sales & Lettings.
• A full valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle is also essential for this role.

Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Sales & Lettings Valuer- Remuneration:

• Basic Salary negotiable £20,000 - £26,000
• On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £70,000+ (current staff member exceeding this)
• Company Car
