Part-time Contact Centre Sales Advisor - Glasgow

Join us as a Part-Time Customer Sales Advisor in our Glasgow contact centre earning £13,017 to £15,620 per annum with incentives on top - you can earn an extra £4,200 (pro rata) on average by achieving targets and up to £7,000 (pro rata) for our top performers.

Our contact centres have embraced hybrid working which means you'll split your time between home and the office.

What you'll do:
* Have great conversations to meet our Customers' needs, letting your personality shine
* Take calls from Customers who are thinking of leaving or want to make changes to their Sky package
* Be a Sky Ambassador selling the right package to the right customer
* Work 30 hours p/wk Wed 09:30-14:30, Thu 09:00-16:30, Fri 09:00-18:30, Sat 09:00-18:30

Our contact centre is on Alexandra parade - getting here is easy with great transport links. Onsite you'll have access to a subsidised canteen, chill out area with Sky Q, table tennis and pool tables and an Xbox plus free tea and coffee.
