F&PA Analyst - Indirect/Shared Costs

Job Description:

Responsible for integrity of all shared and indirect cost and respective monthly recharging/allocation between UK divisions of Aviation and General Automation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Creating and maintaining a documented framework that governs the intercompany charging agreements between UK divisions

Calculating the intercompany recharges in relation to:

Shared facility costs (UK and India)

Shared indirect labor costs (UK and India)

UK Finance Shared Services allocations

Any other costs which are incurred by one entity and need to be partly/wholly recharged to another (e.g. LE191 passes on charge for vehicle leasing to LE197)

Acting as Aviation UK's primary POC for administration of indirect cost IWOs

Creation and management of indirect cost budget holders

Skills & Attributes

Exceptional data & financial analysis of capability

Strong Excel/IT capability - ability to extract data from financial systems

Working knowledge accounting and business systems

Efficient, analytical and accurate

Team player/good communication/ able to work with key stakeholders

Experience

Financial Analysis in an operating environment

Experience of working with key stakeholders/senior management

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent

Possible part-qualified CIMA accountant or desire to train for CIMA qualification
