We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join the team at HIDE.This is a great opportunity for a committed Pastry Head Chef to join a team of like-minded professionals working with some of the best produce the UK has to offer.There are two restaurants & a bar over three floors, with Above at HIDE serving a theatrical tasting menu showcasing produce from small organic farms to day boat fish. HIDE serves all day dining including an inventive Breakfast menu. We are looking for a capable Head Pastry Chef to join the kitchen management team, supporting the Executive management on menu development & training junior team members.Everything is made in-house wherever possible: from charcuterie & bread to jams, juices and pickles. Our Management team work closely with the best farms in the country, buying whole animals to practice butchery & to keep up with our ethos of sustainability. The kitchen is a truly comfortable workspace, having recently been upgraded to a top of the range induction stoves.
