We are currently seeking a driven and dynamic Leader to join our group as Managing Director of Homecare UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our highly successful Prestige Nursing & Care brand. Here, your work will be life-changing, and as our MD, you will lead the team that provides a range of complementary care services that improve health outcomes and enable people to live independently in the place they love the most - their own homes.
As the face of Prestige Nursing & Care, you will inspire a talented team to perform at their best and be our voice at in sector networks and events. Supported by our Worldwide team, you will be part of the larger Sodexo Homecare family in the UK & Ireland, alongside The Good Care Group, Oxford Aunts and Comfort Keepers Ireland, a key part of a €120 million portfolio.
As well as growing and developing a talented team of over 2500 people who provide the highest quality in home care and nursing services, you'll join a hugely ambitious management team that aims to make a massive impact on the future of social care in the UK and improve the quality of life of thousands of people every day.
You will identify opportunities to develop new services and expand the business through acquisitions and organic growth, you will drive forward our distinct brand while improving synergies and team integration across Homecare. Your role will involve developing and delivering a clear strategy that will ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care to over 1500 clients and improve operational and financial performance.
A strong, decisive and influential leader, you must be an excellent communicator and relationship builder who can win hearts and minds and inspire everyone around you. Able to create a clear vision for the future of Prestige Nursing & Care and take everyone on your journey, you should also have a good understanding of the health and social care sector and the drive to help us provide unrivalled care. Experience of leading in a matrix style organisation with over a £20 million turnover would be a real benefit in this role.
