Our client is seeking an analytical;
organised;
and creative relationship builder to come on board as their Marketing Communications Manager, responsible for developing and delivering their brand communication strategy, working across all teams to put out top class, compelling content that elevates their standing.

Savvy Media are working with a household fashion enterprise to find a talented marcomms professional to lead the cross-channel planning process, with a particular focus on organic social, working with stakeholders such as Buying, Merchandising and Trading to deliver a seamless experience across channels which meets business and brand objectives.

and a commercial and strategic mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
Working with the Head of Marketing Communications and broader business areas to define crucial products and stories by season/month/week, and overseeing circulation of all brand communication plans to inform all relevant stakeholders;
Leading cross-channel planning and briefing to ensure coherent brand comms that excite customers and elevate the brand.
This includes overseeing briefing and creative for weekly email, web, and social content, as well as larger brand campaigns and projects, spanning digital and in-store platforms;
Acting as the point of contact for Buying and Product Design teams, articulating trends and focus, extracting stories that make the offerings unique;
Working closely with Merch and Trading to align trading calendars and meet objectives;
Producing activity reviews and reports as needed to celebrate success and maximise opportunities, and sharing with senior management as needed;
Working on and executing large-scale season brand campaigns, including with internal stakeholders and media agencies to brief assets across all channels, owning media plans with performance marketing, and delivering all assets;
Defining the organic social media strategy, in line with the broader brand content strategy, with according KPIs;
Developing best social media practice guidelines and overseeing influence strategy, ensuring clear use of analytics tools and principles, and working with performance marketing to develop a consistent strategy;
Direct management of the Junior Marketing Manager, and Social & Content Executives
The successful candidate will have at least eight years experience in marketing/content marketing/planning, as well as excellent knowledge of social media and influencers, including setting up strategies for both.
An understanding of fashion and retail marketing;
using website and email as brand comms tools;
creative mindset and attention to detail;
and great time management skills are key.
Experience working on international markets and with tools including the likes of Google Analytics, Sked, Yotpo, and Photoshop are also very desirable.
