Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30- 5.30pm, 1 hour lunch break, 37.5 hours per week, some flexibility on start and end time may be required to suit team's requirements.

Job Description
The Candidate Consultant provides candidate care to those brought into the business via the Sourcing Hub and to all CER Education Candidates. Candidate Consultants will be highly skilled in sourcing candidates, highly engaging, target driven and customer service focussed. Overall you will need to be a strong communicator and a people person!
This role will be based in our Sheffield Office and you will be responsible for the generation of candidates across the Yorkshire region.
The ideal candidate will be;
A strong communicator, able to confidently promote the benefits of CER Education to potential candidates.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Much of the work is conducted via email or by contacting candidates by telephone.
Able to organise their own workload to meet targets.
Experienced in generating a steady pipeline of new candidates using a variety of candidate sourcing methods.
Have the ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.
Effective at Face to Face recruitment events
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve the following minimum standards of performance (subject to change based on business/team needs):
>60% of candidates cleared within 1-5 day of registration date - need to build in tracking process for this
100% of candidates receive 1 week care call
>3 candidates cleared per head per week
>6 interviews attended per week
Generating new candidates through technology platforms/re-engage candidates.
Writing and placing job adverts, monitoring responses.
Loading new candidates to the database and requesting Barred List and Teacher Reference Number checks, DBS or Update Service checks and apply for references.
Receive file back from interviewing consultant to complete remaining compliance checks and process to compliance team for sign off.
Searching CV databases for new candidates to contact.
Arranging candidate interviews with consultants, sending confirmation letters and explaining document requirements to candidates prior to the interview.
Reducing interview drop-out rates.
Increasing average tenure of candidates.
Decreasing candidate drop-out rates in relation to long term bookings.
CV Typing and formatting.
Keeping candidate's database records up to date.
Maintaining regular contact with regenerate data base through targeted marketing campaign.
Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries and complaints.
Organise and attend employability and NQT events, ensuring there is ongoing engagement with NQT cohort and passing relevant candidates to consultants once available for work.
Organise termly candidate engagement events including booking venues, arranging refreshments & ensuring a minimum of 15 candidates attend e.g. summer party, Christmas party etc. (subject to current guidelines)
Generating and managing candidate targeted social media content.
Supporting T&D Manager with new training and mentoring of 360 consultants.
Other tasks as determined by the needs of the business.
This will be a fun team based role working to generate candidates across Yorkshire including Hull, Sheffield, North Yorkshire Leeds, Southampton, Maidstone, and London. The role will be working with a team of 4 other resource/candidate care consultants to develop our pool of talent.
