Claims Manager - Energy & Aviation

HFG are currently working with a rapidly growing MGA, who are looking to add an experienced Energy & Aviation Claims Manager to their team.

Key Responsibilities

• To support the Head of Claims to deliver the Company's strategic initiatives and objectives.
• Implement internal procedures and processes to effectively drive the strategic aims of the Company ensuring adherence and consistency across the team.
• Implementation of the Claims Handling guidelines including claims handling strategy for complex claims and providing support and oversight to the wider team in regard to settlement strategies and management of external experts and lawyers.
• Provide support to the Head of Claims to ensure reports and controls are in place to ensure appropriate management of the claims process and all internal and external reporting requirements are met.

Skills and Experience

• 7+ years experience in a Senior Claims position.
• Strong experience handling complex Energy, Aviation, Marine & Political Risks Claims.
• Proven experience managing high performing teams.
