Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you a qualified teaching assistant? Would you be interested in a full time and permanent teaching assistant role?

LTF Recruitment are working with one of our partner schools in the Harborne area of Birmingham (B31) who are looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant to work across KS1. The key details on the role are:

1:1 Teaching Assistant with a year 2 pupil
Full time position until at least July 2022
OFSTED graded 'Good' School
Working hours are 8:15-3:45
Weekly pay after tax is £320
Holiday pay paid separately
November 1st start date

The school are looking for somebody with the following skills/qualities:

At least one years' experience working in a school
An understanding of supporting SEN children
Previous work with autistic children
Excellent communication skills
Strong relationship building skills
A calm and caring nature
