Internal Sales Executive | Construction | Cambridge

The role:
Acting as a first point of contact to customers, handling their inbound queries and issues in a professional and efficient manner
Working closely with External/Field Sales reps to help support the sales process
Generating sales leads via email and phone call
Supplying customers with quotes, invoices and coordinating the overall order process
About you:
Previous experience in an inside sales, sales administrator or customer service role, preferably within the building materials, construction or similar technical sector
Strong capability of effectively prioritising and managing tasks
Competent in full Microsoft package, particularly Excel
Great communication and interpersonal skills
The package:
Up to £26k depending on experience + company performance bonus

This Internal Sales Executive role is based in Cambridge and would be well suited to candidates based in Ely, Waterbeach, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Huntingdon or St Neots.
