The role:
Accurately reporting on your sales activity and inputting into the CRM
Nurturing relationships with new and existing customers to generate revenue
Making outbound contact with customers through a mixture of warm and cold leads
Acting as a first-point of contact to customers, professionally and efficiently solving issues and enquiries
Collaborating closely with Field Account Managers to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled
About you:
Previous experience working in a sales role involving outbound contacting/ lead generation
Highly enthusiastic with a desire to pursue a career in sales or account management
Excellent communication skills both on verbal and written levels
Experience working to targets and KPIs
Passionate about the sustainable energy sector
The package:
£25-£35k basic salary depending on experience £60k OTE
Great training and development programmes with the opportunity to progress into a Internal Sales Team Leader role after six months

This Inside Sales Executive role within the energy sector is office-based in Suffolk and candidates from Newmarket, Stowmarket, Ipswich, Haverhill and Ely will all be considered.
