The role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for..
Coaching, managing and leading the sales team to develop a pipeline and win new business
Leading from the front to demonstrate best practice and successful processes for sales wins
Setting and monitoring targets, KPIs, objectives and performance metrics against benchmarks
Creating and supporting on complex pitches / proposals and negotiating terms with clients
Identifying changing client needs and reporting back to the product development team
Developing individual team members and motivating them to achieve personal goals
About you:
Sales management background in SaaS / software / agency environments
Experience managing and building a sales team to win new business
The package:
Basic salary circa £50,000 | OTE £65,000+
