Teacher Of the Deaf - Consultancy
January 2022 - April 2022 (or sooner)
Salary: MPS4 - UPS3 with SEN allowance
Contract terms: 1 term temp with the view to going permanent

Are you a qualified Teacher of the Deaf TOD looking for a new opportunity? Or perhaps you're got a gap in your diary of 12 weeks or more and would enjoy returning to the work place in an advisory capacity.
If so, do you fancy overseeing a case load of primary and SEN schools across the London Borough of Redbridge with the support of a team. The role is about sharing expertise and ensuring those pupils across the borough with a hearing impairment are getting the correct support to ensure progression.

About the Role:

The role is to work across several Redbridge schools supporting a caseload of children. Some children you would see weekly, some termly and of course some in between, depending upon their requirements.
When not in school, you'd be working from home with our client setting you up to do so successfully.
This role is ideal for a TOD looking to share their talent with a wider community.

To join the team and be successful in this role you will need to:

* Hold an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
* Hold a TOD qualification along with QTS
