Gilbert Meher are working on behalf of a premium private national elderly care home provider to recruit a Care Home Manager for a successful Nursing Home in Houghton-le-Spring.
This home is a modern, purpose-built residential and nursing home, well-appointed and in a lovely setting. The home is rated Good by the CQC and is well-regarded locally, with strong links to the community. You will be responsible for the regulatory and commercial performance of the home and leading the staff to deliver the highest quality care to residents.
Our client is a highly thought of national provider and in addition to great benefits and development opportunities offers an attractive package including a salary of £46k plus bonus.
About You
• As Care Home Manager you will be a senior elderly care professional with 2+ years' experience managing elderly care homes and a record of positive CQC reports. Nursing qualification is desirable.
• Strong commercial and business acumen and internal and external stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership qualities and experience guiding teams to a positive result.
