We continue to grow with over 140 stores around the country and now looking to move into the EU market.We are currently recruiting for a Speaking Marketing & Support Agent to join our growing Website Sales Team. This exciting role offers a good mix of customer service and administrative support. There will be no cold calling or telesales in this role, it is customer care only.You will need to be an enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate, with a background in both customer service and administration. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in both English and French. Written and oral use of both languages are essential.Main responsibilities as a Speaking Marketing & Support Agent:First point of contact for all customer queries and provide product advice.Proactively work to mitigate any escalations, deal with returns and exchanges, order status queries and provide information.Brand ambassador for the French region working with the brand Managing DirectorProvide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, web chat and emailMake sure the customer is at the heart of every conversationWork with our digital advertising and website department on French translationsSupport the marketing department on French contentDealing with order queries, exchanges and refundsChasing order progress and communicating lead times to customersChecking and dispatching ordersScheduling delivery via an online transport portalRegular telephone contact with customers and develop relationships with the ability to upsell / convertWorking closely with the picking and packing teamOrder entry and progression within a busy warehouse environmentClose contact and regular liaison with internal departments to progress ordersE-commerce platform and warehouse tasks including stock management and listingEssential skills needed as a Speaking Marketing & Support Agent:Previous experience within a Sales Administration, Customer Service or a Call CentreExperience in Marketing contentConfident to build strong working relationships with customersGood communicatorProficient IT skillsWork well under pressureFrench speakerWhy join us?Pets Corner has become a larger company however it is still very much a family business at heart.
