We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
- Lead the fund distribution strategy for the existing fund, future funds (within a series) and separate account investors.
- Manage and assist in the development of the existing fund sales team, helping the team to build relationships and increase capital invested from the existing investor base
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing investors, ensuring that investors are kept up to date with the performance and strategy.
- Manage and select (as may be necessary) third party placement and distribution agents
- Strong track record in capital raising
- High market profile in capital raising preferably for credit funds
- Experience of regulated client-dealing function role under the Senior Manager Certification Regime and have had relevant qualifications and training for this
- Proven track record building long term relationships and leading a sales team
- Broad institutional investor relationships
- Excellent understanding of capital markets funding structures
- Understanding of fund structure and jurisdictional differences as well as investor promotion and distribution regulations
