Administrator, permanent position, based in Derry City
Your new company
Is a well know Property maintenance \/ Construction company. As a result of continued growth they have appointed Hays to recruit an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position. Working hours will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Your new role
As Administrator, you will work within a busy team in the delivery of Response Maintenance and Compliance Contracts. This is a very fast paced environment and you will be responsible for multiple tasks at any one time. Your responsibilities will include answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries efficiently, passing on messages accurately. Dealing with internal and external customers. Liaising with subcontracts. Managing emails and passing on details of work to be completed. Updating works systems and providing administrative support to senior staff.
What you'll need to succeed
As Administrator, it is important that you can demonstrate relevant experience in relation to this role. You must be comfortable communicating with people via verbal and written forms. Be proficient in Microsoft suite. Have excellent attention to detail skills. It is important that you are able to multi-task, are organised, resourceful and have good problem solving skills. Experience within the Construction industry is preferable.
