Your new role
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to assist in responding to incoming calls, emails, live-chats, and other correspondence, providing one stop resolutions for customers and internal colleagues in a professional and efficient manner. Within this role you will be responsible for working within guidelines to resolve customers' queries on specific contractual matters I.E settlement figures, end of contract invoicing and more. Your communication skills will drive brand loyalty and allow you to accurately answer any queries a potential customer has, to ensure that all potential grievances are avoided at the first point of call.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to demonstrate fantastic communication skills ensuring each customer receives a first-class service with their queries being resolved. Your competence with Microsoft Office & Computer Systems generally, will allow you to effectively complete all required tasks across the business. Your organisation skills will be paramount in allowing you to successfully manage multiple queries at any one time, across multiple communication platforms.
