• Starting salary £25,000 pa - when you are fully trained you will progress to a salary package including commission with substantially higher earnings potential. Hence £25,000 pa is the minimum guaranteed salary in the first year.
• Full training and funding for lettings professional qualifications ARLA/Propertymark
• Great career and earnings potential, dealing with beautiful properties in the sought after area of Richmond upon Thames, as a key part of this professional and highly regarded team
• You must have a UK driving licence a pool car is available for property visits
• Please note you will be required to work some Saturdays

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full lettings process

Initially, you will be involved in:

• Sourcing and marketing of potential properties to let
• Registering client details and requirements
• Conducting property viewings

After training as a Lettings Negotiator you will:

• Become involved in negotiating offers
• Follow the whole lettings process through to ensure properties are let in line with the latest legislation
• Enjoy the satisfaction of happy clients alongside the significant financial reward potential of this role

Candidates should:

• Possess excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
• Have an interest in property and be keen to provide the best possible customer experience that their team pride themselves on
• Hold a UK driving licence
• Be accurate, numerate and have good attention to detail
• Ideally have good local knowledge of Richmond upon Thames or the surrounding areas
