Overview:
Mortgage sales manager is required to supervise an existing team of 10 estate agency-based mortgage and protection brokers in the Essex area.
Main Duties:
Mortgage sales manager vacancy for an experienced mortgage supervisor to coach and motivate a team of 10 whole of market estate agency-based mortgage and protection brokers in the Essex area.
Working for one of the UK's best known estate agency brands, you will manage, mentor and coach an existing loyal team of 10 whole of market mortgage and protection brokers.
Working with the team, you will carry out regular observations; one to one's along with analysing KPI figures ensuring that the brokers are achieving targets set.
You will offer guidance and support to the team of mortgage brokers, ensuring that they have all the support that they need to achieve and exceed targets set.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage sales managers who have previous financial services sales management experience ideally within an estate agency environment.

Remuneration:
£35,000 - £50,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, OTE £85,000 - £90,000
